- 2 Large eggs, room temperature
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
For the Chai Sugar Coating
- 1/2 cup White granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom
